Session details

Sessions last from 50 minutes to 1 hour, and I charge £55 per session.
Counselling sessions are conducted over Zoom.
After your first contact with me, I'll arrange a free 30-minute assessment session with you, so that you can
get a sense of whether you would like to work with me, and I can begin to assess how best to help you.
